Description of Services

We provide setup and ongoing management of automated conversational systems (e.g., missed-call text-back flows, lead qualification, appointment booking) for client businesses, delivered via third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Calendly, and related tools.

Fees and Payment

Services are provided under a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly retainer, as outlined in your specific service agreement or proposal. Fees are non-refundable once setup work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to required accounts (e.g., phone systems, calendars, CRM), and compliance with applicable telecommunications and marketing laws (including consent requirements for any numbers used in automated messaging).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our Services to transmit unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive content, or to violate any applicable messaging or telecommunications regulation (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, or UK PECR, as applicable).

Intellectual Property

All website content, systems, workflows, and materials created by ZJP Automations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use delivered systems for their own business operations.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., number of booked jobs), as results depend on factors outside our control including client responsiveness, market conditions, and lead quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZJP Automations' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three (3) months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
